Marissa McCracken is one of the Managing Brokers at Bella Real Estate, Inc. She is a native Texan, born in Austin. Marissa has lived all over the Austin-Metro areas including: Cedar Park, Georgetown, South Austin, and she currently resides in North Austin with her family. She is a graduate of the University of Texas where she majored in Psychology. She supports the Austin community through her church, and supports numerous other charities through participation or donations. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1998 and has experience in Office Management, Residential Leasing, Residential Sales and Residential Property Management. She is a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Austin Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers®.

Bart has lived in Austin most of his life and has been in the Real Estate industry since 1996. Bart is a former Marine and a graduate of Southwest Texas State University where he obtained degrees in Management and Marketing. Bart is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is currently a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. Bart is a past national president of NARPM. Bart has served as President on the board of directors for the local chapter of NARPM® and currently serves at the state and national level on various committees. Bart holds the distinguished Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Property Management Professional (RMP®) designations and looks forward to using his experience and knowledge to help you with your real estate needs.

Robert is an experienced sales agent that handles commercial, residential, and land sales. Robert lives in South Austin but as contracts all over the state for raw land and commercial deals. It takes a patient and detailed person to handle commercial deals; Robert has these traits and more.

Hello, my name is Steve Green and I am a Realtor with Bella Real Estate, Inc. I am a native Texan, hailing from northeast Texas and eventually settled in Austin in 1982. My wife Pamala and I have two sons, both attended Bowie High School where they were involved in numerous sports including football and baseball. They both graduated from Texas Lutheran University and played baseball for the TLU Bulldogs winning several All Conference awards and won 3 conference championships between them. I have served on numerous nonprofit organization boards including Oak Hill Youth Sports Association, President of Bowie Baseball Booster Club and others. I have been a licensed Realtor in the Austin area since 1993 and have a working knowledge of the Austin real estate market having negotiated several types of real estate transactions in the sales, leasing, and property management sectors.
