Marissa McCracken is one of the Managing Brokers at Bella Real Estate, Inc. She is a native Texan, born in Austin. Marissa has lived all over the Austin-Metro areas including: Cedar Park, Georgetown, South Austin, and she currently resides in North Austin with her family. She is a graduate of the University of Texas where she majored in Psychology. She supports the Austin community through her church, and supports numerous other charities through participation or donations. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1998 and has experience in Office Management, Residential Leasing, Residential Sales and Residential Property Management. She is a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Austin Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers®.

Bart has lived in Austin most of his life and has been in the Real Estate industry since 1996. Bart is a former Marine and a graduate of Southwest Texas State University where he obtained degrees in Management and Marketing. Bart is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is currently a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. Bart is a past national president of NARPM. Bart has served as President on the board of directors for the local chapter of NARPM® and currently serves at the state and national level on various committees. Bart holds the distinguished Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Property Management Professional (RMP®) designations and looks forward to using his experience and knowledge to help you with your real estate needs.

Robert is an experienced sales agent that handles commercial, residential, and land sales. Robert lives in South Austin but as contracts all over the state for raw land and commercial deals. It takes a patient and detailed person to handle commercial deals; Robert has these traits and more.

Karen is a residential sales and leasing agent. Karen takes the time to make sure every one of her clients is taken care of. She makes sure that her relationship does not stop at the closing table. Karen generates lots of return business as her clients trust her and come back to her time after time. If you are looking to lease with the intentions of buying later Karen can make that dream come true.

Jennifer is the maintenance coordinator for Bella Real Estate, Inc. She grew up in Austin and comes to Bella with a background in service and project management.
